John Hill

John has over 25 years of experience developing enterprise and commercial solutions for fortune 500 and smaller companies. He began his career in the Telecommunications industry developing automated monitoring and analysis systems for high capacity digital networks. Later John moved into the healthcare industry architecting large data collection and analysis systems for Abbott Laboratories and Primex Wireless, as well as working on telematics systems for a major US insurance carrier. Since 2007 John’s focus has been on what is now called the “internet of things” and solutions to support the collection and real-time analysis of large datasets from remotely located devices and sensors, via edge devices and cloud-based systems.
