Fortune 500 Food & Beverage Company – Responsible for overall management of the design, development, installation and commissioning of a fully integrated manufacturing intelligence and execution platform for a new manufacturing facility. Scope inclusive of MES, Data Historian, Converting/Packaging, Warehouse Management, SCADA, HMI, PLC and Network Architecture.
Fortune 500 Hardware Retailer – On their premier home automation product line, implemented approximately 90% of the mobile application code, 90% of the new device driver code, and collaborated with client engineering to develop notification structure, security subsystem, and new analysis features related to lawn and garden devices, doors and locks, and presence detection.
Power Generation – Developed specifications for upgrade of automation, fuel handling, emissions control, energy recovery and billing interface systems for a gas (primary) and oil (secondary) fired power generation facility supporting critical national defense operations.
$100B Aerospace Company – Lead automation engineering to support prototype, lights-out aerospace factory manufacturing system including thousands of high speed precision servo drives and motors, with up to 60 machines working in a coordinated fashion. Large scale data sharing and infrastructure for full manufacturing execution system. Included several extreme sensing challenges: smart camera inspection and laser scanning with precision tolerances in the +/- .005” range.
$14B Construction Materials Company – Engineering, development and commissioning of a nationwide system for interfacing shipping receiving scales to the TXI corporate order execution and tracking system.
